Welcome to Willow Ridge: a place where the care and comfort of the horse is first and foremost. Where you'll find a community of welcoming adult riders who have gone beyond simple barn-mates to dear friends and family. To our knowledge, we are the only exclusively adult program currently in West Michigan! We cater specifically towards the enjoyment and success of the Adult Amateur rider (with a few professionals tossed in!)
Riders of any breed of horse and ability are welcome and encouraged here. We work first for the preservation, enhancement, and improved soundness of the equine mind and body, and customize care to each individual.
We strive for a holistic approach to development; one that balances training with nutrition, the highest standards in daily care, correctly fitting tack, and mental and emotional health. Where competition is encouraged for those who desire to show but never demanded; the priority being the successful cultivation of a deeper connection with our equine partners.
Established in 2012, Willow Ridge is located on 23 quiet, picturesque acres near Hudsonville, MI. Here you will find a truly private retreat – close to town but worlds away.
